If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. 3. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back. You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
4. Defective or incorrect goods
If the product is defective or not as described, you have statutory rights to repair, replacement or refund. Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
5. How to request a refund

6. Exceptions
Your right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery. For dietary supplements, unsealed products may not be returnable for hygiene reasons; please contact us to confirm.
